Special Report – Northville’s Most Dangerous Railroad Crossing

When entering the downtown Northville area via one of its major arteries – Seven Mile Road – one must cross a railroad crossing that features a unique design and location, to put it mildly. Acting on a tip from a railroad worker, I looked into the safety of the crossing and it turned out to not be safe at all – setting up Northville for a potentially devastating disaster.

As a result of this reporting, the crossing was fixed.
