Welcome to OUWB – A Brief Overview of Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine (Jan. 22, 2021)

This was a big project. My role was working with admissions to craft the script, identify students to be featured (including background), and prompting the students featured with appropriate questions. Shooting actually was done by OUWB’s Video Services, but I worked closely with the team to edit the final product.

Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine 2020 Holiday Greeting (Dec. 18, 2020)

COVID-19 forced our team to get creative with a holiday message. We decided to ask OUWB students, faculty, and staff to record short messages with their phones and email them in. We also asked the school dean to record a message, which was done in-studio by OUWB Video Services. My job for this one was to edit all of that content

Video produced very early in the pandemic about OUWB students volunteering to distribute food to those in need. This was at a time when everyone was unsure about leaving their homes. I did all of the shooting and editing on this one.

Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine Interim Dean in Detroit Thanksgiving Parade (Dec. 9, 2019)

A fun feature on OUWB’s dean and his love of being a clown in the Detroit Thanksgiving Day Parade. I worked close with a freelance videographer by providing direction during shoot and while in-edit. I also was the one interviewing the dean to provide prompt questions.
