Attorneys call judge’s lawsuit ‘vindictive,’ ‘frivolous’

Criticism of Lapeer County Circuit Court Judge Byron Konschuh’s lawsuit filed against the county and several officials continues to grow, as attorneys familiar with the case labeled it “vindictive,” and “frivolous” on Tuesday.
