Lapeer city manager infuriated by report on underfunded health care benefits

LAPEER – Release of a report by the Michigan Dept. of Treasury identifying the City of Lapeer as being “underfunded” to the tune of $24.7 million for retiree health care benefits has City Manager Dale Kerbyson “infuriated” – and taking action.
